Flight Information We are currently working with a A&I Travel Services to provide you with the most economical airfare available into Memphis International Airport and NEW Tunica Airport (AirTran Airways only). We are currently working with Delta and Continental Airlines for group discount rates (please contact our Travel Agent for details). Our Travel Agent will also try to find the lowest available airfares at the time of ticketing even if it is not through Delta or Continental Airlines. MC² is providing ground transportation on peak arrival and departure days (Sun., Oct. 3 - Thurs., Oct.7) at no additional cost to and from the airport (Tunica Airport and Memphis International) to Harrah's Casino and Resort. The transportation departure schedule will be based around the arrival and departure manifest of attendees received from our Travel Agent. It will be beneficial to you to book your airfare through our travel agent. This will help us coordinate and secure your ground transportation more efficiently. If you do not use our travel agent, please contact Michael Holland (mholland@mc2-ice.com) with your travel itinerary to make your transportation arrangements (peak arrival and departure days only).
