Carol Stream, Ill., July 7, 2010 – Today, the winners of the Constructech 50 Hottest were named by Constructech magazine.
The Constructech 50 is a listing of the most influential construction technology providers with a strong and ongoing market presence. This resource is determined by the editors of Constructech magazine and is published in the annual Constructech IT Playbook.

Some of these companies came from the area of wireless/mobile, as well as mobile hardware providers. These were highest-ranked categories of emerging/hot technology to have an impact on the construction industry in the next five years, according to a recent Constructech survey.
“Choosing the top 50 solution providers in the construction space was no small feat,” says Peggy Smedley, editorial director, Constructech magazine. “After much debate and discussion, we believe these 50 companies are bringing consistent and important solutions to those in the construction industry. And for their accomplishments, they should be commended.”
“For the editorial team here at Constructech magazine, the Constructech 50 serves as guide for anyone looking for innovative, proven technology within the construction marketplace,” says Mike Carrozzo, chief editor, Constructech. “The members of the list for 2010 definitely embody those criteria, and will be essential solutions for companies looking to improve their business practices.”
