ICE® Release 3.1.2

Release 3.1.2 of ICE contains many new features and enhancements which are listed below.

Project Information

• Added spell check to many areas in Project Information
• Allow user to set fringe amount in Labor Rates by percentage of Base Rate
• Added Summary Factors, State Values, Bond Table, etc. to Project Information for enhanced accessibility

Takeoff

• Added a Visual Takeoff feature, giving users the ability to reorganize Construction System takeoff prompts
• Visual Takeoff also gives users a visual representation of system being taken off
• Put a grid in the Add Item screen for Copy/Change/Historical purposes
• Added Spell Check to Miscellaneous Items and Add Item

Estimate Maintenance

• Added Spell Check to Alpha fields
• Subcontract Markup feature that works like Escalation
• Put in export option for P5

Reports

• Report can now be exported directly to an Excel file
• Added more fields to the Report Header Designer
• Utilize Crystal Version 11

Estimate Bid

• Added option to split Bid Item by Scope
  

Unit Price Catalog

• Added Spell check to Alpha fields

General

• User now has the option to compact an estimate when closing estimate

Digitizer

• Added ability to edit existing drawings
• Added orientation points so the drawing can be moved
