PlanSwift® - PlanSwift lets you eliminate manual plan takeoffs and drastically reduce the chance of miscalculating materials or missing items. You can download electronic plans right from the plan room or import plans using industry standard formats. PlanSwift allows you to view, measure and markup plans right on your computer. You can use PlanSwift to calculate anything from drywall materials to gallons of paint required. You quickly measure square footage, perimeters and volumes of simple or complex areas. ICE integration with PlanSwift provides the tightest link possible between two different software platforms. PlanSwift and ICE data are live-linked together like two parts of the same product. When you change a measurement in PlanSwift, that change is automatically recognized and re-calculated in ICE.
On-Screen® Takeoff - Let On-Screen Takeoff and ICE simplify your takeoff process and give you confidence in your numbers. Using your mouse, simply quantify lengths, areas, volumes, and perform counts right on your computer screen. OST software will allow you to open digital drawings in many formats (.tif, .pdf, .dwf, etc) and eliminate the tremendous expense associated with reproducing blueprints. EarthWorks® and Excavation Software - EarthWorks, SectionWorks, and TrenchWorks allow you to quickly estimate site excavation plus pipe and utility trench excavation. Calculate your cut/fill, topsoil, overexcavation, engineered fill and building materials quantities for the site. Do takeoffs up to 5X faster than the traditional "by-hand" methods. Using paper plans, PDFs or TIFF files, you can trace in your existing and proposed elevation information from your grading plan or you can simply import it from your CAD drawing. Once the drawing information is entered, you can calculate your excavation quantities in seconds.
