MC² technical
support personnel are highly trained professionals committed to superior
service and customer satisfaction. Our support
personnel go through extensive testing and training to solidify their
customer service skills. MC²'s technical support personnel help customers
with detailed questions relating to MC² software and the operating systems
in which they run. For personalized assistance, MC² technical support
personnel are available to answer your questions about ICE
by calling our Support Hot Line at (800)

For ICE, support personnel are available between the hours
of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday
through Friday.
In addition
to our excellent telephone support, MC² customers under a current Maintenance
Agreement receive access to our support web site - ICEline - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The purpose of this private
sites is to enhance the support services we provide to our customers.
We've provided a number of resources here to help you resolve problems,
report issues, and suggest improvements to our products and services.
MC² also provides updates and user tips on ICEline.
The MC² License
Agreement provides a warranty support period, which includes software
updates, technical newsletters, access to ICEline
and telephone hotline support. Upon expiration of this warranty period,
Maintenance Agreements are available to continue support for subsequent
