ICELine

ICELine has been re-designed to merge the information resources of ICELine with the interactivity of a forum setting. ICELine includes areas for Estimators, IT Administrators, and Programmers. This provides ICE customers on active maintenance with a 24 hour a day resource for sharing and obtaining knowledge about ICE.

The ICELine Forums are a user-friendly venue for direct dialogue between customers and MC² Support. Suggestions and enhancement requests can be communicated directly to Support and discussed as forum topics with other users of ICE. The ability to ask questions and share suggestions will greatly enhance not only the program itself but the overall experience of using ICE as well. Customer input has been a cornerstone in the development of ICE and ICELine will give our customers another avenue to share their needs.

ICELine also provides a dynamic, searchable resource for updates, software enhancements, driver downloads, and online links to additional resources. Documentation, FAQ’s, and guides are easily accessed from this central location.

To access ICELine, you must be under an active MC² Maintenance Agreement. The purpose of this customer only site is to enhance the support services we provide our customers. First time users will need to register. ICELine is fully moderated and once your registration is verified, you will receive an email with your information to access the forum.
