*To take advantage of these rates, reservations MUST BE MADE BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2008.  This date is critical as the Memphis Marriott Downtown has a very high occupancy rate.  After September 15, all blocked rooms will be released to general sale and the special room rates will no longer be in effect. Requests made after the cutoff date will be accepted at the discretion of the hotel and upon availability at the regular room rate in effect at the time of the reservation. All attendees are responsible for their own room, tax and incidentals.  All guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes.
