Flight Information*

We are currently working with a A&I Travel Services to provide you with the most economical airfare available into Memphis International Airport. We are currently working on securing group discount rates (please contact our Travel Agent for details) for the major carriers into Memphis. Our Travel Agent will also try to find the lowest available airfares at the time of ticketing even if group discount rates aren't available for your carrier.

MC² is providing ground transportation on peak arrival and departure days only (Sun., Oct. 2 - Thurs., Oct.6) at no additional cost to and from Memphis International Airport to Harrah's Casino and Resort. Late evening arrivals and departures, may need to secure transportation on their own. The transportation departure schedule will be based around the arrival and departure manifest of attendees received from our Travel Agent. It will be beneficial to you to book your airfare through our travel agent. This will help us coordinate and secure your ground transportation more efficiently. If you do not use our travel agent, please contact Michael Holland (mholland@mc2-ice.com) with your travel itinerary to make your transportation arrangements (peak arrival and departure days only).
