Registering online will hold a reservation for ICE Conference 2008 for 10 days. Payment must be mailed within 10 days or made by calling 800-225-5622 with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express number.

NOTE: No registration will be considered official without payment.

Full Conference Fee: includes all sessions, Golf Tournament, Welcome Reception, continental breakfast Tuesday-Thursday, lunch Tuesday and Wednesday and the Wednesday night Rendezvous Dinner.

Spouse/Companion Fee: includes the Welcome Reception, continental breakfast Tuesday-Thursday, Tuesday Tour, lunch Wednesday and the Wednesday night Rendezvous Dinner. Spouse/Companion Golf $50 additional fee.

* To be eligible for the Early Bird Discount, your registration must be received with payment by 5:00 p.m. July 1, 2008. Please allow adequate mailing time. Registrations received after the Early Bird deadline will be processed at the non-discounted rate. All rates are U.S. Dollars.

** To receive the 3 person discount ($50 off each registration), all 3 people must be registered at the same time and work for the same company. Should cancellations reduce the group below 3, each individual will be assessed the $50. No registration will be considered official without payment.

CANCELLATION/ATTENDANCE POLICY
If you are registered and cannot attend ICE Conference 2008, you are welcome to send someone in your place. This year's conference is sure to be entertaining as well as informative. Due to the guaranteed arrangements made for the many planned activities, no refunds will be issued after September 22, 2008. All cancellations prior to this date should be submitted to our office in writing. Should any cancellations reduce your group below the 3 or more discount, each individual will be assessed $50. Attendance at ICE Conference 2008 is reserved exclusively for MC² Customers who have paid a fee for this event. Dress code for ICE Conference 2008 is casual - jeans/shorts acceptable.
